Create rapid visualizations of RNAseq data in R

The aim of vidger is to rapidly generate information-rich visualizations for the interpretation of differential gene expression results from three widely-used tools: Cuffdiff, DESeq2, and edgeR.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("vidger")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
