flowBeads: Analysis of flow bead data

This package extends flowCore to provide functionality specific to bead data. One of the goals of this package is to automate analysis of bead data for the purpose of normalisation.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("flowBeads")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
