	At last! Forgive the delay in posting Bill - I actually
finished him last week, but I've been away practising being dead...
didn't like it very much, so I'm back......

	If you like Bill, mail me and let me know - I really want
to know how many spittle fans are out there..... If you are REALLY
nice, I may put together a `Deathtongue' picture - but you'd have
to be really nice......

	Plenty of you liked my Opus the Penguin, so here is the 
promised Bill the Cat from `Bloom County'. For those of you not
in the know, Bill is the sometimes dead, occasionally Communist,
fundamentally Oral, partially cloned, tongue playing candidate for
president of the Meadow Party. I've drawn him in the presidential
pose so beloved by many - I think you'll agree, he has a certain
something that Bill Clinton lacks........

	For the techies, this was drawn on an Amiga 4000 using 
DPaint IV AGA in high resolution. For those who are wondering
- it WAS drawn - I DON'T have a scanner, and I can show you the
mouse bruises if you want...... :)

	Lastly, if anyone out there who hasn't edited out this
comment, has some pictures of the Beast from Disney's `Beauty and 
the Beast', can you mail me please?
